The Career Development Centre continuously strives with a single-minded resolve to create a plethora of opportunities in placing students in the MNCs. It assists students in choosing the right career path and invites companies to conduct interviews and recruit students directly from the campus. This centre interacts and maintains strong relationships with various industries, companies, and reputed organizations all over the country to arrange campus interviews for the placement of final-year students. 

The more the diamond is cut the brighter it sparkles; Students hone their soft skills such as communication, time management, problem-solving, and adaptability with 1000 hours of Training Programs on Aptitude, Verbal, Logical, Right Attitude, Personality Development, and Coding Skills during study and equip themselves to face the Campus Interviews during their Final Year. The department keeps refining its approach, taking feedback from the industries and their requirements.  Top recruiters conduct Campus Readiness Programs, Coding Hackathons, Innovation Contests, Student Mentor Programs, Student Club Activities, Employers as Mentors, and Industrial Visits to MNCs to enhance Placements and bridge the gap between Academia and Industry.

It invites industry experts, professionals, and recruiters to campus for workshops, seminars, and mock interview sessions to interact with professionals, learn about industry trends, build confidence, and improve their interview skills for actual job interviews. Encouraging students to engage in continuous learning and professional development by pursuing certifications, online courses, and advanced degrees to stay competitive in the job market.

Industrial visits to reputed companies are arranged to gain hands-on experience, understand the workings of a professional environment, and improve their skills, experiences, and achievements in a way that aligns with industry expectations. Assisting students in finding relevant internships and summer training programs that provide practical exposure to the industry.
